		<description>I am in law enforcement and the Pareto Principle has become one of the cornerstones of &quot;Problem Oriented Policing&quot;. Under the POP concept, the belief is that 80% of criminal offences are committed by 20% of the overall population. By focusing on that 20% and leveraging more information out of them (the 20%&#039;ers tend to &quot;hang with&quot; other 20%&#039;ers) we hope to have a positive effect on the crime rate.</description>
